A/C Issues

A/C Issues
Hello, I am new to the site and need to learn my way around. I have A/C issues in my 2002 Ranger. 4.0 V6 engine. A/C take several minutes (15) to get cold, when it does it's pretty cold but it only lasts for 15 minutes or so, the hotter the temp the faster it blows hot again. Any ideas?
