caps with full doors?

Yes! I was researching this a few weeks ago but finally ended up purchasing a hi-top used camper at a third of the price.
You can go to 4ARE.COM AND CLICK ON "BUILD YOUR OWN CAP" - - then, at the end when you have the shell you want (includes full door shells, etc.) you can print out the info and take it to a few different truck shops that deal with camper shells and pick the best deal. A.R.E. can be $$$$$ though.....out of my budget but it would give you what you were looking for.
