Hi I'm looking to do up my own lift kit i was wondering if some F-250 or F-150 coil springs will fit in my 99 ford ranger 2wd xlt v6 and will it lift it or leave me enough room to put spacers under the back leaf spring without getting coil spring spacers for the front. i was told they are a cheap and quick way to raise for front end but i think there ugly
