First Ranger

Hello this is my first truck it's a 1999 ranger xl step side 3.0 flex fuel motor has roughly 37000 miles(jasper rebuild)with a recently new 5in rough country suspension lift and had rear end recently replaced with used rear end tires are 32x11.50x15 with 5 speed trans...now the problem I am having is kinda hard to explain...every time I go over a rough patch in the road or hit a bump I get a sort of grinding noise that sounds like it's in the front end and the noise stays there until the truck slows down until about 30mph then goes away until I hit another rough patch or bump in the road then it happens all over again and now a new problem I just replace the upper control arm and outer tie rod end on passenger side and took it to get a new alignment and now the steering wheel shakes bad and a bad vibration in the truck that comes and goes.....if there is anyone that can help me I am open to ideas...thanks in advance
