Gettin my first truck! only hours away...

I literally didn't sleep last night because of how excited i am to get my Ranger. Its a 1994 3.0L v-6 with LESS THAN 80k miles! I plan on trying to keep the truck for as long as im alive because of how much can be one with them. I eventually want to put in a 5.0l and turn it into a monster but for now im just going to try and make this one faster because of how solid the engine still is. The truck is in amazing condition and is wayyy cooler than i expected.
Im going to be getting a campershell, lift, mud tires, and a windshield visor. probably the coolest looking mod im going to make aside from metal bumpers when i eventually have all the money in the world

so im paying $3950 total including reg fees and everything. the truck already has new tires (gonna wear them out and save up for a way more aggressive setup with a wider stance), new breaks, 1 owner, and no accidents as reported on carfax. the truck only has a couple of minor scrapes but is in perfect condition. now all i have to figure out is how to get the 4 wheel drive to work because im not familiar with it at all, let alone a 5 speed (I mastered stick before i had my license, so thats not a problem).

I will try to post pix of my truck tonight, gonna be kinda hard saying its a black truck and the fact that i will be dark is gonna make it interesting. lol

lemme know what you think on the price

ok so i didnt even get my new beast until 9pm, but the wait was well worth it. sadly though, i cannot drive it for another 2 weeks because of the stupid leg brace i am wearing for an ankle reconstruction i had. soon i will be done and driving my new baby around town like i own the place. lol.

heres a little teaser pic since it was too dark for me to actually take pix:

alrighty so i was a little buzzed tonight (cant drive cus my ankle has not completely healed from the reconstruction i got - 2 more agonizing weeks until i can drive again :.....( oh well back to the story) and i was lookin at my beautiful new truck and remembered that it was a 1994 model and it was originally purchased from a dealer in los angeles by its original owner, and, at the time, i was living there and named my truck... if anybody can guess the name of this truck from that hint i will be very pleased. i love mind games. i will TREMBLE... lol

now if you dont get it after that, you were either not in CA at this time or didnt give a rats *** about it, born after 1994, or your like me and tend to forget things as they are happening (when i was a smoker i would loose my lighter in the process of taking it out to light the cigarette in my mouth while i was in the car, and it would end up in a part of the car it physically shouldnt have gone to durring the motion of grabbing the lighter with my hand and bringing it towards my face,.. lol).

well heres the pictures of the truck i was promising, sorry it took so long, i live in the SF bay area and its been raining like a mo fo out here. my street looked like a small creek with all the leaves flowing right down the middle of it. it cleared up in the middle of all of it one day so i could get some pix but my gf insisted on looking at my car at the same time so here are the two most beautiful things in my life at this moment. lol:

look closely at my gf. she is leaning a little too much too the right it might seem...

and further...

and there were no more pictures after that because i had to attempt to rescue my gf from hitting the concrete, and, subsequently, both of us ended up hitting the concrete, me breaking my damn camera lol

oh well i found it at a beach buried under a bunch of sand. had a buncha naked pictures in it when i found it at the beach. my gf thought i took the pix then noticed there was a banner in the background from Jamaica... ive never been to Jamaica... lol

oh what a fun day lol

then i went to bennihannas in my mazda3 (its an auto so i can still drive that atm) and got backed into in the parking lot of bennihannas by one of the chefs and the dude just sped off. end good night...

aside from all that now what do y'all think? i a'int tellin my list of mods yet cus i still havnt decided what im actually going to do yet other than completely murder it out (i love flat black. i love being invisible at night when im out in the wilderness. i find more animals come out to play with a flat black truck than a big shiny red truck)

hints for the name i chose for my car again are: the car was born in 1994 and adopted in los angeles. i lived in los angeles at the time but was only 3 lol. and it was a major event that changed the city of angels forever.

lemme know what yall think it only has 80k miles and i paid 3950 for her. oh its a 5 speed 3.0L v-6 engine btw plus its a 4x4.

I used to have an Aerostar with the 3.0L Vulcan. Tough engine. Always had plenty of power, and the Aerostar was a couple hundred Kg heavier.

I did everything I could to that engine, and it never quit on me.
(Except the water pump, which was it's ultimate demise.)

haha yeah we were on a hill but i had the camera on burst mode by accident and those were the only two clear shots that got taken before i threw my camera and attemted to catch my gf (bad idea didnt work... lol). and yeah im going to be lifting the front end up on the truck. i really dont like how uneven the stock lift is but its whatever, nothing a set of $130 coil springs cant fix.
