What's up fellow Ranger owners? I finally joined the group because I purchased my 2001 Ranger 4x4 brand new back in Sept of 2000. Since then, I put 170,000+ very hard miles on it and it's finally in need of some maintenance work. I've replaced (in this order) the fuel pump, torque converter and just this week, all four catalytic converters w/oxy sensors and a coil pack & wires. My Ranger ran 134,000 miles with just oil/fluid changes and regular maintenance. It's been an awesome truck that has certainly endured quite a bit of punishment! I figured I'd repay it and do all of the things that I've been putting off (shocks, front end components, rear leaf mounts and some new electronics. I was an ASE Master technician up until 1997 when I changed my career path to a union steam fitter/welder. I'm off to check out the boards now, see ya there!
