Main reason I just joined is to find out if I was out of my mind!! I have always had 3.0 and 4.0 Rangers and best I ever got was 18-21 MPG all of them were 5-speeds and 2WD. This new Ranger is 2002 2.3L 2WD and the thing is currently getting 30.42 MPG on last tank of gas. I am on my 4th tank since keeping track and it is consistently right at 30MPG. Better than my wife's 2002 Honda Civic I just bought her!!! She is less than thrilled!!!

Seems like a really nice site you guys have here, and I look forward to looking around more!

Not much to show really, it was a $1000.00 beater with a heater!!! 173K miles now. I am redoing the rearend (famous Ranger slop) Also redoing complete brake system, and flushing all fluids, tuneup is already done.....
