guy from so cal

ok...so im new to this site....and im finally getting my ranger tomorrow.........

its a black 06

ill post pics of it tomorrow..

also i did notice that there wasnt enough comfortable leg room in the truck, and im looking for some mods on this

BTW im 6'1.......so do u all tall people fit well on the truck??

Welcome to the site man, there is certainly a wealth of knowledge to be had here.

Is yours regular cab or extended??

I'm 6'2" and I fit just fine in my extended cab.

Its called the "slide the seat back mod" Super easy. All you do is pull up on that bar under the front part of the seat, push and slide it back.

Welcome to RF! I have plenty of leg room at 6'3", but I have seen some people put some extenders on there seats for a few extra inches

My friend fits in well, hes 6-3, me 5-8 no probs heh.
I think Justin has retractable legs or something. He can sleep in bed diagonally or something like that.

i need like 1-3 inches more for "comfortable" spacing.....i mean..it doesnt really bother me how it is right now...but it would be better with at least an inch.......

i have a '99 and I'm 6'7". I don't even need to put the seat back all the way to be comfortable. Welcome to R-F fellow tall person!

*ALSO*......when i first got on last week, i didnt know it had the same thingy for the steerin wheel as the sport trac(the one that makes the steering wheel be higher or lower) so thats why i didnt fit LOL..it was all the way down...

lucky...my 04 had the tilt wheel, my 05 does not...

i bought it from someone else... really cheap...but yeah...its an 06 and with 42k.............
