Hello!
Hello everyone! I recently picked up a 1994 Ranger XLT 4x4 with auto trans. It has a blown head gasket and bad trans but I'm going to fix both of those. I've been reading threads here for awhile now so I figured it was time to introduce myself. Ever since I picked it up my head has been running with ideas on what to do with this thing once I get it road worthy (and this forum only gives me more ideas!).
Small list of to-do items so far:
4" Suspension Lift
33" Tires
Re-gear diff to 4.10 or 4.56, not sure which one would be better with the 33s
Considering doing a V8 swap. I have a 289 with a C4 bolted to it so I don't think it would take too much for me to shoehorn that combo in there especially with the great post about v8 swaps detailing what's needed.
Anyways, I don't have a picture of my ranger at the moment but I'll post one soon as well as progress pictures for the build I'll be starting soon! Glad to finally be apart of the forum!
