Hello!

My name is Tim and I have decided to start a project truck for the first time (a 2000 Ford Ranger). I know very little about working on vehicles AT ALL, so this will definitely be a challenge!

Welcome Tim,

I just finished my project truck, 2004 Mazda B3000 DS, its similar to a Ranger 3.0 standard cab.

What I have learned is these trucks are the perfect 1st project. Not overly complicated, but enough to make it interesting and challenging at times, parts are readily available, and this forum is a "huge" help.

Good Luck.

Thanks @DualSport ! Mine is the Extended Cab 4x4. I have never been a mechanically inclined person, but I wanted to learn more so what better way than just to do it? I got the truck for $100, but it has A LOT of stuff wrong with it LOL
