Hi guy, Im Billy, proud new owner of a 2004 Ranger 4X4 5 speed 3.0L, just checking out the forums, looking for tips and how best to enhance the ranger , more performance minded than aesthetics, so if anyones got some good ideas please share em.

 

I don't have much advice, but I plan to convert mine to awd 5.0, and im in chesapeake too.

I guess you meant off road performance? 8.8 with limited slip?

 

Nice, Im picking it up tomorrow had to get a chipped windshield fixed, planing on going to Pongo saturday and see how she does offroad.

Im in northern virginia and threre isnt many places to offroad. What is the pongo?

 

Sorry Mothman999 I jerked up the spelling its Pungo, and its an area outside of Va beach, originally one of the 7 Cities, but its a very rural area with some great places to go offroad and get some mud on rubber.
