I’ve had small pick ups for probably 35 to 40 years. I’ve had Plymouth, Mazda, Chevy S-10 and Toyota Tacoma. In my later years, retired here in Myrtle Beach. I figured I didn’t really need my Tacoma anymore. Well, I was very wrong and suffered withdrawal symptoms… I wasn’t looking for a brand new shiny truck that I would have to worry about. I wanted something that I could make a run to Costco, trip to the dump, pick up some things at Home Depot, and just general odds and ends. I ended up purchasing a 1999 Ford Ranger XL sport, automatic, 2 Wheel Dr. and 145,000 miles. The thing is a cream puff… Except a crazy problem I’m having with ABS light, that I can’t get rid of! i’ve been reading on this form for the last couple of days and have read other posts that are close but not exactly.
