Hello there =]

Been awhile since I've been on the forum. You can probably look forward to hearing from me more often since I've resurrected my lil beast. She has been sitting idle in a far off corner of my woods and all but forgotten for the past four years needing a transmission and transfer case. Got her back to half a$$ running condition but needs alot of work. It smelled like a hampster cage inside...a community of rodents made it their home and mold/mildew was rampant. I tore everything out of the interior to clean and it's going to be a long process of getting her pretty again. Hold back the tears...here's a couple shots of her as she sits, which is actually a huge improvement over what it looked like two weeks ago when I drug it out of the woods.

Welcome back.

Good to see you get your truck up and out of the woods.

Looking foward to seeing you driving it.

And yes, I did cry a little bit when I saw pictures of a sonic blue level II being drug out of a forest. Lol.

Replaced the output shaft on the transmission and had to retrofit the plate for the front driveshaft onto an older borg warner 1354 that was splined. Closest thing I found to a replacement was one out of a junkyard in Florida and the guy wanted $700 for it. It runs and drives, per say, but the front end components all need swapped out, it needs an oil change, the front tires need rotated to the back to even the camber wear from the sagging front end, the list goes on and on. That's not including the time needed to get all the pollen n mold from the outside and the mouse crap and mold from the interior. We'll get her back in shape though =D

As soon as I looked at the pics I thought, that truck looks familiar. Glad to see you getting back to work on the truck.
