Hello fellas, just wandered in here. Just created a profile and figured I'd better make an intro thread. I'm from Hutchinson, Minnesota and have a 1999 Ranger with a 3.0 auto. I stumbled onto this site looking for info on roller rocker conversions. I've owned my truck for about 5 years now and love my 3.0. My truck is my DD so I don't intend to ever do anything crazy with it and it's been stone reliable. I purchased it with 78K and it's around 120K now with only an injector going out. I've been running E85 in it as well. Seems like a cool site and hope to learn more.

Welcome, i'm barely south of ya in Glencoe. haven't seen your truck around but maybe you've seen mine.

 

I know there is a V8 swapped 1999 I see at Pro Auto in Hutch a lot (wife's countour has been there too many times to count) but I don't recall that one having big tires.... I do wander towards Glencoe quite a bit tho.

Now that I pick my brain, you're north end of town towards the school I think behind Coburns more or less right? I used to buzz thru that way a lot chasing back and forth when I lived in Silver Lake.

yeah thats me, truck sits there most of the time, i don't take it to hutch that often actually.
