Hey All
Whats going on everybody?
Got a '86 that eventually will get a small block, still in the planing stages.That and I have to get it to my house first, it's siting out in the woods at my dads place for now...
So if, when I get around to it I'll have plenty of questions, but for now in the mean time I'll probably just search and lurk around for a bit.

Yeah, I know the 5.0 is "played out" but I figure what the hey. lol
All kidding aside whats the avg mpg these things get? I know allot depends on how it's set up but just serious b/c it will probably be a dd once I get it finished.

Meh, it isnt played out in the least - msot of the peopel on here talk about it all the time, but very few actually do the swap - its a perfectly reasonable swap, better MPG's, more power, more torque.. and can be accomplished ina weekend with a few guys and some good knowledge and planning...
Everyone shoudl want a 5.0 swap, no matter how "played out" it may seem
