Hey R-F!

Hey, My name's Ryan (My friends call me Ry), I'm 16 and live in Ontario, Canada. Just bought my first vehicle, 1997 Ford Ranger, ext cab step side. Thought I would look online for a community to lurk, found R-F and registered. I don't have any plans for the truck yet, except for that I'm going to be getting some body work and paint done on it soon, so any advice is welcome.

Sorry for the quality of the photos, took them with my iphone.
I think I got a good deal on the truck, it was my dad's neighbor and his mother just died so he is driving her car now, and didn't need the truck, he's a good guy so I trust him.
He's getting the windshield replaced for me as his insurance will cover it, it needs a cover for the front signal light, and a tailgate, going to call the local scrap yards sometime this week to see if I can pick one up for cheap.

I think the truck is a little low, so I want to put a body lift in it sometime soon, I can't actually drive it alone until december, so I've got lots of time.

I suck at writing introductions, sorry!

-Ry.
