Wouldn't there be a more efficient way to do this?? Like run a tube down to the valance or something else so that you wouldn't have to take the headlight out every time. I know that the way it is now is a more direct flow of air but with an e-fan you would cool the engine faster. There has to be another way. Or even running an intake down to the grille.

Have you been to the track lately? Lifted diesel trucks are all over the place. Each friday is a different shootout. They have "truck shootouts" Import shootouts" Mustang Shootouts" F-body shootouts"

takin the headlight out doesnt help any... all you are pretty much doing is causing more wind resistance.

HI!... Stock ride quality stayed exactly the same. That's why I went with these particular ones. You have 3 lowering settings and 3 lifting setting all in one key. They look better than the factory ones and come powder coated.

HI!... Not at all. It handles 10 times better than when it was stock. Ride quality stayed the same as stock.

HI!... I like trucks. Never owned a car. Probably never will. I just like the looks I get from MUSTANG/CAMARO owners when my 4000LB F-150 drag truck beats them. lol! I do consider it slammed. It's dropped 3" in the front and 5" in the rear.

Read my sig.

Welcome
HI!... I have a custom fabricated CAI, that mounts behind the P/S headlight assembly. I cut it out larger to allow more airflow.

HI!... I only remove the headlight at the dragstrip. I go about 5-10 times a year with this truck. It only takes like 15 seconds to remove the headlight. No tools required.

HI!... Actually it does. We did extensive testing at the track and with my CAI set-up we knocked off 2 tenths everytime the headlight was removed. Also gained 0.7-1MPH everytime both mirrors were folded in. Not new to drag racing. I have a 700H.P Pro Street Ranger, and a 435H.P F-150. Also by forcing the 5 speed 5R55E tranny to stay in 3RD gear during a run I picked up 3 tenths. Dropping the stock muffler/tailpipe is also good for 2 tenths.

You have to host the pics on a actual image hosting site, try photobucket.com

HI!... The White F-150 is a bit famous. It's in one of the most known internet burnout vids.

This was back when the stock engine was still in it with mild bolt-ons. It was making about 340H.P at the flywheel. (251RWH.P).

Waste of rubber - tires are too expensive.

HI!... Tires were already shot. New ones were in the bed. It was done to retire the old tires in style.

HI!... Do the pics work now? I hosted them on PHOTOBUCKET. I wonder if RPS doesn't allow you to use their galley pics on other sites.
