Howdy from Aggieland...
Just joined in today, but I've had my '05 Ranger Edge 4x4 for about 9 months. I picked it up with just over 5,000 miles on it, so I'm still breaking it in at 13,200. No extra parts on it yet, other than a receiver hitch. I'm trying to decide whether I want a Westin bull bar or grille guard, there aren't too many rangers around my area that have something up front that I can look at so it's hard to decide. Got pics for comparison??

roger that, maybe we can drag Casey back to austin for a weekend, maybe lure badkarma out there..
hopefully we can get some rangers on the trail unlike last time
Ya run into an old oil derrick or a longhorn steer I doubt that it will help you much. Hill country deer ya just run over, no guard needed. I've shot enough of them in my day. Headshot does only. The racks were overpriced. Now on the YO or King ranches, ect. on a foggy morning... Might be a good idea. Lord knows what you might smack into there!

Glad to have another Aggie here on R-F! I'm not a big fan of the bull-bars, but I like the grill guards well enough, so I vote for that, lol.
Give me a shout if you ever need some help working on your truck! Or, for that matter, anything else!

RJ, I'm Class of '06 & '08. Almost done with my masters! WHOOP!
So anyhow, nothing done to the truck yet since I'm also looking to buy a house within a few months. I did pull out a very stuck 3/4 ton over the weekend though :) . My only problem with that was that I couldn't get the 4-low to disengage right away; I ended up driving around the pasture for a while and then stopped to try disengaging before it finally worked. Anyone else have this problem?

i think Christian is selling his Manik grille guard still. He has pictures, and its not a bad price either. I wish i had the money in my pocket to buy it, but I've ran into a few other problems with my truck lately so i cant.
oh and welcome!
