Joey with a 2003 Ranger XLT Reg Cab!

What's up guys! Happy to be a proud owner of a minty fresh 2003 Ford Ranger XLT reg cab. Was very fortunate in the purchase of my Ranger. Only has 34K miles on it, driven rarely, Like New interior, exterior has a couple dings and dents, and runs like I just drove it off the showroom floor.

I have a few hobbies I really enjoy, inlcuding working on my Mustang, working out, building speakers (both home theater and car audio), and sipping whiskey (sipping optional ). Glad to be hear and hope to both learn a bit and contribute a bit!!

Thanks fellas! Now that I have the Ranger I'm hoping to really dig into it and get some power to the ground, making it a project vehicle.

Dave, any pics of your old rides?

I might have a couple around somewhere, will have to look for them though. I had to sell both when I lost my "good paying job"

I got a buddy thats got a 98 cobra conv. and hes got kinda like a roll bar mounted just behind the front seats and has a 3rd brake lite in it, painted same color as his car. Really looks nioe. You should add one to your conv. I will get a pic of his car and post it. Maybe on sunday. He put a "I believe" a 2006 sc cobra motor in it. You will like it.

I do want a roll bar pretty bad, but it will be one of the last things I do. I have a lot of TLC items to fix on the Stang, seats, headlights, slight oil leak, finish the rear seat delete, replace rear interior quarters......ugh :p

2006 or '03/'04? I would love to drop a Termi motor in mine.....

Ranger!

2003 Ford Ranger XLT Reg Cab Short Bed. Only 34K miles. :) Got the carpet and seats completely cleaned, only thing I couldn't get out are the two little white stains on the drivers seat...looks like caulk..... Dash and door panels have been wiped down and tomorrow will get cleaned appropriately....

Looks good. If the truck is coil sprung, 4/5 it with some Cobra wheels. Also, what's done motor wise to your car? Looks sexy, but does it pack a punch? Haha

Thanks Tyler! I have plans of doing that down the road some time, but not for a little while. Need to hold off on the spending rampage I've been on ( new receiver for the HT, this truck, engagement ring for the lady, new HT speakers I'm building, yada yada yada....).

The Mustang has headers, mid-pipe, catback; all Bassani, MAC CAI, MGW short throw, dyno tuned, lowered with Steeda Comp springs and Tokico Blues, 3.73's, gutted stock stereo and replaced with Alpine and Elemental Designs equipment, rear seat delete.....I think that's it.....wheels....275/40/17 up front, 315/35/17 in the rear..... I'll look for my last dyno sheet....I don't remember the #'s off the top of my head. It's a blast to drive and IMHO sounds real good. I'm thinking about dumping it right after the mufflers instead of having the tailpipes now that it isn't my DD.....
