hey wuts up, my name is kevin nd im new to the site.im a pretty easy going person when im home. i work all week out of state to make sum money to fix up my truck. i have a 1999 ford ranger nd it has a ****ty 3.0 V6. it is not the best motor ever, but it gets the job done. i love to go for wheeling on the weekends nd have a few drinks to make to time go by. .if you have any suggestions on wut i can do to make my 3.0 run better, im all open ears!

Look up pedal mod... Underdog underdrive pulley... SCT tuner, Exhuast, FPIK k/n intake. the 3.0 is a great motor.. just never was a powerhouse... I did like my old truck with the 3.0... it was decent on gas.. at least your not getting 14mpg on a good day haha freakin 4.0's!

 

Welcome to the site! Hopefully we can get some pics of that truck of yours.. :-) And a 3.0 is a good motor, just takes some tender loving care, and alot of money to make it breath more :-p
