Hey all,

Been eyeing rangers for awhile and think now is time to join the club as I’m heading out west. I’m looking for recommendations for years and models, the plan is to use the truck to tow a 1,700 pound camper and I’ll be working for the forest service so some off road capabilities are necessary. I don’t plan on towing the camper super far into the back country nor really off roading to the extreme but being able to handle some forest service roads would be nice. I’ve head that rangers aren’t the best truck for this but hoping that, that was bad advice. Thanks!
