Hey Everybody! I've been lurking for years, but finally have a problem that I need help with, so I joined the forum. I'd been working out of vans for years, but got sick of the gas mileage, so I thought I'd see if I could work out of the smallest, cheapest truck I could find. It had to be presentable, so I ended up with a high-mileage, one-owner 2003 Ranger 2.3 manual for $2,000. I got it with 184,000 miles, so it needed a lot of work. I've been working on my own cars for years, but this one made me dig a little deeper with bearings, clutch, front suspension, etc, etc. I've had a good time and learned a ton (for instance: don't replace your clutch until you've checked the pedal bracket!). Now I'm at 203,000 miles and chasing a misfire issue. This is the first car I've ever given a name to, so I'm hoping I can get it figured out. Thanks in advance!
Oh, I suppose I should start a thread under 2.3 Duratec, but any suggestions on where to post would be appreciated.
