Well....daily. Hour or so a day.....Run 4 miles, then lift for 30 minutes.

Bench 235...curl 50# barbells....

I'm only 5'8"...no giant here. I just believe in staying in shape.

But thanks!

Yeah yeah, I know lol...not going for records...

I don't really bench a lot...I mainly focus on other things. I don't want to become TOO topheavy...there are many of those types at the gym....I'm more into the total balance/tone thing....it's better for

You're taking it the wrong way -- or I hope you are. If "rape" is fun for you, or if you think it's funny, then you have a LOT of character development to do, Andy.

I was very MILD in my criticism because I think you're okay, but young and thoughless. That's not an insult -- we're all thoughtless in some ways but it's worse when we're young.

GIVE it some thought: how about if your mother was unconscious? Your sister? If you become a parent, your DAUGHTER? Is it a funny joke to think of those women being raped while they are unconscious? If it is, then you're simply a clinical case and you should get help NOW.

If you think about it, and you're sane, I'm sure you'll see why that's NOT funny. Rape or SIMULATED rape is not cool, funny, tasteful, or necessary to depict except for the purpose of making a point about the TRAGEDY of it.

Think about it and get back to us. We like you, Andy, that's why much of the way we approached it was gentle. But as a man with 4 daughters, you have no idea how very angry you made me.

Edit: Andy we can still PM if you want -- but I wanted to make the point above PUBLICALLY, because it's obvious that there are more of you that need to understand rape is no joke. Period. Including your female accomplice in that picture, who should know better. If she doesn't, it's sad to say she eventually will...especially if she keeps drinking like that.

I work in a prison as a volunteer and some of the guys that I counsel are in there for doing exactly what you find so hilarious. Both the lives of the men in jail, and the women's lives, are changed FOREVER by this. They can all "recover" -- but they will never be the same. You'd know if you'd ever had to deal with it, it's just plain sad.

Very good -- Andy and I have chatted and he's the good fellow I thought he was after all. He doesn't wish detail and didn't reply here, and I'm fine with that. But I wanted to thank him for understanding my point of view and let everyone know he and I are okay.

OMG is that ur Brittany? What's his/her name. I absoluely love them. I had 1 before. His name was Doufes. He died in 2003. I'm getting another brittany puppy in the summer. I can't wait. I already have names picked out.

Nice phesant BTW. I love to hunt. Although my dog would rather run off & get his own quail instead of helping me hunt for mine.

Sorry. Went off on a rant.

Yep that's my Dog Norm. My dad is the president of the local Brittany club. I think they are the greatest hunting dogs!

Norm again!

I'm so jealous of you. Seriously. You Suck. Do you know of any good breeders around? I'm willing to travel to get my perfect brittany. Definately has to be orange tho, I dont really like liver. If I get a boy his names gunna be Gauge, or Blaze, & if it's a girl it's either gunna be Clementine, or Blaze. I really can't wait till I get my puppy.

Here is the brittany club for PA:
http://www.brittanyclubs.com/anthracite/

I don't know of good breeders in your area, but in my experiance, I would say either join the local clubs, or call and ask their president, to recommend a breeder. Be sure to tell him what you need it for, ie. Field Trialing, Hunt tests, Hunting, Showing, or just as a pet. He should be able to point you in the right direction.
