Hi everyone, first time Ranger owner, looking forward to finding out how people have modified their trucks. Mine is a white 2011 4x2, with the four cylinder engine and autotransmission. I like the nimbleness of the short wheelbase, though there seems to be a little bit of a shimmy in the front end, especially at lower speeds, but then again what can you expect after 75,000 miles? I just picked it up this weekend and planning on changing all the fluids and filters this weekend, reading through the manual (IIRC) I saw it takes 5w20 oil, but did not say if it was regular or synthetic. I assume most people use non-sythetic oil? I also plan on changing the fuel filter the same time I replace the air filter, does anyone have a preference on filters for the Ranger?
