New guy here from AZ...
Just wanted to say whatsup to any and everyone who cares... 😂
I am here in the Devils Armpit AKA Phoenix, AZ with my 2000 Ranger XLT extended cab (some sites call it a Supercab? I dunno) 5-speed manual. It's my first truck as I have always been a car guy and have owned a few lowered and slightly modified Japanese cars and one German -MK6 Jetta GLI Edition 30 - but have secretly loved minitrucks since I was a kid.
Anyhow I am not sure if I want to go the minitruck route (bags, etc.) or just do a simple 4/6 drop or whatever is popular but to be honest these trucks, especially the generation I have seem to look better slightly lifted compared to my favorite minis like the older Tacoma's and Hardbodies so I might go that route. Let me stop blabbing and say I hope to learn a lot about the Ranger and the truck scene in general whether it's lowered, lifted or just pretty much stock. And I am not afraid to use the Google search bar or the one here on the forum so you won't be getting a crap ton of stupid questions that could be easily answered with a little bit of finger tapping...
Looking forward to connecting with other Ranger owners especially in AZ.
