Hey im Tim. i just got a used 2011 Ford Ranger extended cab to replace my tired old 95 Lincoln Town Car as my daily. Its just an XL with manual windows, manual locks, manual mirrors but it does have a 2.3 with an automatic AND a AM/FM RADIO! WOO! 
Im not looking to modify it that much, just a new radio really and maybe a work light on the back. Its just a daily driver after all.
