New guy intro here...
Bought a new (used) 2011 Ranger a couple weekends ago. Details are...
2011 Ranger XLT 4-door extended cab, 2x4
4.0L V6 with A/T and a 3.55 Trac-Lok Rear
Owner of 3 Rangers, all have been XLT 4-door extended cabs, 2x4 ...
Bought a 1999 Ranger XLT Sport, brand new, just after graduating college in 1999. It was totaled by a non-driving fool who couldn't speak a lick of English a few months after I paid it off. It had a little over 100,000 miles on the odometer.
With the insurance settlement I bought a used 2001 Ranger XLT (in 2004). Ran that one up to 202,000 miles and it was a reliable daily driver for me until my brother took it over. With my brother now driving it, there are many miles more to still to go. So its in good hands and I think he'll have it going for awhile.
Pics of the 2001 & 2011 the day my brother took possession of the 2001...
