some love for the ranger

hello,

new member to the site, its very nice! i have a 2003 xlt 2wd 3.0 flex, and limited knowledge about her, but im learning more! forums like this definetely help :)

most of my time (and $) has been spent the last few years on my 2004 saab 9-3:

but as i have run out of mods to do to that ride my focus has switched over to my daily driver / winter vehicle, my ranger:

so far i have wired up an mp3 player (via cassette adapter lol), tinted my tail lights, 3rd brake light, front side markers, and just over last weekend wired up some hella fogs and blacked out my headlights (those took forever but are really worth it). ive got a set of hids ordered and will be putting those in asap.

my centercaps are missing because i pulled them off and painted them black. when the weather here turns nicer ill be painting the wheels black as well.

also last night i pulled off the mudflaps. looks cleaner and sportier without them imo.

so thanks for looking! im open to ideas for mods. thinking a custom open air intake, tint front side windows. thanks!

looking good so far..

I'd tint the window's maybe cut back some of the tail pipe/chrome tip..

fix the dent in the pass. door.. intake mod's easy.. maybe paint the lower part of the bumper to match the paint..

yea the lifted ones look awesome

i was so excited when i read about the torsion bar crank mod cause it would lift my front end to level it out and it was FREE (minus cost of alignment)

but

then i was bummed to find out i have coils up front

(if the back end looks a little low in the above pics i have 300 lbs of sand over the rear axle for better 2wd traction in the snow)
