Hey everyone, happy new year. I have had 2 rangers. The one I currently drive is a 2005 xl ranger. It has a head gasket leak that recently started. Rather than potentially waste time and money pulling the head my brother and I want to do a engine swap. what year range 3.0 are bolt on compatible with my 2005 ranger with the 5r55e trans? Do I need to remove the entire front clip or just the radiator to do this? I will also try to find the appropriate sub thread to post this in but since I have your attention I thought post here also.
