hey hows it going i did an engine wash on my 01 ranger edge 4.0 and now the blower motor, wipers, and instrument cluster don't work any idea on what it could be

Welcome, it is blown fuses if I had to guess. Voltage and water do not mix.

Post up your question in the General technical and electrical forum. That way we can be of better help.

As TX said above, check your fuses. There will be a fuse diagram in your truck's manual. Or you can find one online.
