Hello from florida. I have a 1991 ford ranger i am building. bought it in stock shape with a 2.9 v6 automatic 4x4 with a blown motor. I put another 2.9 in the truck then the transmission started giving problems so i went and purchased a 1992 explorer sport 4x4 with a 4.0 5 speed that was tboned in the drivers door but still ran and drove great. I haved installed the transmission set up in my truck just like factory. Next i am going to install the 4.0 in my ranger. I also have installed a six inch skyjacker suspension kit. With a set of 10 inch super stars wheels . And a set of 32x11.50 pro comp mudders. Fuelyman
