Hey,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I bought my 2wd 09 XLT almost a year ago and have no complaints except for the dealership i bought from that can't ever get it right. I seen a couple old threads that really leave some unanswered questions. I bought a set of 16" wheels (ALY3667) or 7L541007FA. They don't fit in the front. Its seems there is a difference with the hubs in the front of a 2wd and 4wd. Why is it so hard for a ford dealership to find that answer? If anybody knows a solution to this let me know. It also seems the 15" wheels on there when I bought the truck have a little bigger diameter where the hub fits through. I'm not complaining about the truck but just trying to buy a bigger wheel and tire for the winter and to give it a better look.

Hey, just a future referrence for anyone who is running into a problem like I have so far with buying wheels for a 2wd. Ford doesn't give you a straight answer and the place I bought the wheels from who said they would fit also (Hubcap Haven) will tell you it's on you to ship them back even if they gave you bad info to begin with so buyer beware. I will never deal with them again and will keep looking but will go with a more reputable company next time. I guess there are no honest companies out there anymore who want to do right by the consumer. Don't mind me, just blowin off some steam.
