Hello! New to the site and the ranger world. I had been looking for a small getter to pull a ski and hit the up the local home depot and I finally found one in grandpa condition. It just needed a lil updating with some new parts mostly to make me feel better. So far this week i have replaced the entire cooling system down to the hose clamps. Ive replaced the ICM and extended the harness and have it bolted to my firewall now. Replaced the headlights and corner lights so no more haze. I replaced the timing belt and tensioner. Tomorrow ill be putting a new alternator in and running new battery cables and cleaning all grounds. after this ill take on the EGR, intake manifold and sensors that relate. I run a diesel repair shop by day and a freelance social media marketing business by night. I don't have a lot of free time in life and have been searching the web the past few nights for a new exhaust manifold for my truck. I have a small exhaust leak and a new exhaust is so inexpensive i want to replace the entire system in 1 go. Orileys, Autozone, Ford, etc no one has one. Id really appreciate any help with a link or an option i can bolt in that will work with factory exhaust pieces. I have a 94 2.3L 4x2. Looking forward to being a member.

 

Gibson makes a cat-back system for you 94 with 4 cyl, but its about $425 or so. In your shop do you have the capability to fab up your own ?

 

We do! I was just hoping to keep everything bolt on :)
