New member from Rhode Island
Hello all. New (older) member. Just picked up an 1988 Ranger, 2X4, regular cab ,short bed as a hobby truck. Overall good shape, solid frame, strong motor, repainted 6+ years ago, but some rust bubbling underneith. Looking forward to keeping "the beast" road worthy with some dress up project as I go. I spent my teen years in the 70's in family body shop, so have some old school knowledge on what needs to be done.

Glad I found fellow truck nuts (wife's term) to discuss with. Any tips on good sites or places yo pick up parts would be appreciated. I will post some pictures as I move along.:silly

thanks to all! Yes, the road salt in New England really makes it a challenge to keep a truck long term.
