Hi, My name is Walter Nitto, I am 22 years old and I have a 2005 Ford Ranger EDGE.

This truck was my first vehicle and was purchased new when I was 18 and it has served me well for the last 53 thousand miles.

This is my first time joining or even looking at a Ranger forum, and so far I am very pleased with he environment here. I have been a member of several dirt bike forums as well as Buell motorcycle forums over the past few years and have found them to be very useful tools in making a variety of decisions pertaining to there given sect. I hope that this forum will prove to be no different, and based on the few interactions I have had here it looks as if I have nothing to worry about .

Ps. You guy are killing me with the DIY section. I have been a member for two days and I have already ordered a double din head unit, I have completed the Third brake light mod for the 04+ trucks, and tomorrow I am going to my friends junk yard to get all of the parts for the rear disk brake conversion. I just finished modding my Buell and thought I could finally start saving some of my money and I stumble upon this forum and just like that the money is gone .

I just got back form the yard and got everything needed to do the rear disk brake mod + a third brake lens with cargo lights for $108. I know the owner, so that explains the price. I also just purchased a Powertrax Automatic Lock Right locker for the truck. I figured since I was going to have to open the diff because of the brake mod I might as well add a locker while I am in there.

I have been a member for three days and this sight has already triggered a $600 + shopping spree.

For the kind of riding I do (extremely technical riding) the 300cc two stroke cant be beat. This is my second KTM and I wont go to another brand. They are just to easy to work on and come stock with all quality components.
