New from Oklahoma
New to the forum, not new to Rangers. Just picked up a 2011 extended cab 4 cyl 5 speed rear wheel drive last week. Traded in a 2007 Ranger extended cab 4 cyl 5 speed rear wheel drive for it. Bought my first Ranger new in 1986. I worked at a delivery service and had 427,000 miles on it when I finally traded it in. I rebuilt the carburetor twice and put a new clutch in it at 250,000 miles and brakes and tires. Great truck. My 07 was a XLT but didn't have power windows or locks and I decided this is something I want to drive for a long time so I traded for the 2011 XLT with power windows and locks. Also the new one has sattelite radio that I really like, traction control has become standard and side airbags that weren't on the 07. I'm very happy with the truck, I got a 2,500 factory rebate and a 750.00 owner loyalty rebate, not bad. Terry.
