New Ranger, Old Member
Evening,
Was a member here a few years back, but have since fell off the face of the earth since I went full size..... But I am real glad to be back in the Ranger world again. I missed it. Anywho, just picked this Ranger up about 2 and a half weeks ago now. It ran but needed a clutch and back window to really make it road worthy. Have since then been polishing and waxing away to get the paint looking good again. I have also cut all of the catalytic converters off for now, and added a 3" pipe intermediate pipe to a Borla XR-1 muffler and 3" tailpipe (it needs a bigger muffler to calm it back down lol). I put new headlight units in it yesterday too, it needed that a lot. It needed a few sensors replaced as well, i.e. O2, it was black as coal. In the long run, it needs a new headliner, carpet/vinyl mat, new tires and wheels, and gearing for my liking. Onward to pics and specs!
1992 Ford Ranger, Std. Cab, 4.0L OHV, 5spd, 4X4; 3.27 open rear; 235/75/15 all season tires.
As it was bought.
As of today:
Just for kicks here is the F-150 as it sits today with a nice little vid of the exhaust.

Thanks, I appreciate it! The full size life will ruin you with its size and capability, but there are trade backs like not being able to whip in any spot you want like you can in the Ranger.
