only other ford i've owned is a 87 bronco 2. my "new" one is a 84 ranger 2.8 5spd 4x4. got it for $350. has a brand new clutch, pressure plate, etc. also has a 2 inch lift and 31's on it. only needs some carb work and a little body work. it's really rusty but i have plans to fix all of that. will have some pictures soon.

hoping to make it into a fun DD/off road toy

is there an engine section on here for the 2.8? i see 4cyl, 3.0, 4.0 but no 2.8.

Wow, thats one old truck bro, lol. And I think the reason there isnt a 2.8 V6 forum is because its so old not very many people have it.

 

that's what i was thinking. guess i'l have to do some engine mods since it's not very common. have a sorta rare modded truck
