New to Rangers, new to trucks.

I'm almost 30 and just recently got my first truck from an estate sale, a 1999 Ford Ranger with over 200,000 miles on it. Despite it's age and high milage, she actually runs quite well.

Joining the forum to ask for assistance and advice when it's needed. This is my first truck and I'll be working on it a bit, mainly exterior and cosmetic changes since everything under the hood seems to be okay (knock on wood).

She needs a little TLC but I'm sure you guys and gals can probably help me out when I need it. :)

Hey Curtis, AKA, ManDude...

We'll have to know the engine size if you do need help.
If it's a 3 litre, it should have a Vulcan engine, assuming that no one has changed it, which is very unlikely.
Look on the plastic valve cover where the oil filler cap is.
It will say Vulcan 3 Liter on it.
