New to the site
Hello all... new on board.
I've been a Ranger guy since 2012. I was actively pursuing acquiring a 5 speed Ranger at the time, and having a rather difficult time finding one in my area. I eventually found one about 50 miles away, a private seller, and they where having difficulty selling it. Not many folks want a stick, let alone know how to drive one. It had 78,000 miles on it and I picked it up for $7,000. A 2006 3.0 Sport extended cab 2 X 4, 5 speed manual. The Sport model is a bit heavier built truck. Fast forward and I've just rolled over to 229,000, it's a daily driver.
I do my own repairs as much as my knowledge and ability's allow. You can't know everything, and I'm looking forward to picking the collective brains of this forum.
Thanks in advance, Paul

Hi Peoples.
About to become a new Ford Ranger Wildtrak owner. Having previously been a member of a group (Pradopoint) which looked very similar to this platform, I am aware of the benefits of the brains trust and comradery that usually goes with these sites. I look forward to learning from the experience of others so I may avoid the same issues and mistakes.
