Hey everybody! I just got my first ford ranger. It's a 2006 Ford Ranger XLT. Reg cab, Rear wheel drive. I was browsing the internet looking for costs for some of the things I had in mind for my Ranger. When I stumbled upon this website and figured this is the place to learn and ask about Ford Rangers and how to go about doing the Modifications on it, considering I'm mostly clueless about vehicles lol.

Welcome to the site! What plans do you have for the truck?

 

Well my reasons for wanting the modifications is mostly for aesthetic reasons. I was hoping to put fender flares on it definitely. A 3 inch lift kit or Spindle lift(I think that's what it's called), I'm not 100% sure what the differences are or which would be better for me. Larger more robust wheels, something that can handle off road better. Right now it just has the stock wheels. And a Bull Bar. If anything I said was wrong or anything of that sort, my apologies again. I don't know a lot about this stuff but I'm definitely interested.

What kind of truck do you have? Head up to either your "user cp" at the top left of your screen, OR to the "quick links" at the top right of your screen.

In either one you can edit your "signature" to include your trucks specs...like year, color, trim level, and so on.
