Newb from SC

Hey guys, Thought I would atleast say wassup. I just sold my wifes car to a friend and gave my wife my 01 blazer. He had a 2000 mazda b3000 that he didnt need anymore. I basically give him $100 bucks for it. It Runs and drives fine. The body has been to hell and back acouple times. Nothing real pretty or fancy to look at.

I assume the ranger and this is the same. Its 2wd. I 'll get some pics of the beast later.

Ryan.

Thats right. Would a ranger bed from 98+ match the body lines of the mazda trucks? I just wonder if my options are open to a larger spectrum.

I'm almost positive they will, I've got a tailgate from a 2000 mazda in my garage, and the bodyline matchs my ranger.

and welcome, good to see another member from SC

I see potential. Get new tires and a new front and back fender. Clean up the inside, and you have a nice vehicle. What is the mileage??

Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna be looking for a new bed and possible front end components here starting in a week or so. Any good deals worth driving to spartanburg?

I agree fifthranger. The truck needs to be brought back to life. She needs a bunch of things. So I might try and incorporate some aftermarket things for factory. The odometer has 111K and has been that way for a year or so he said. He thinks it has around 150-165K on it. Tommorrow I'm gonna try a new vss and clean the connector under the seat. I have been searching the forums on different things ever since I found it. So far it has been a real big help.
