Newbie

Well first things first, this is the first forum I've ever been apart of. Secondly first ranger I've had(that runs). Third first new truck purchase, so I'm still trying to figure out the limits on the warranty(other than you break it you buy it). Fourth right now all I have is a iPad so no pics, plus some weird words. Fifth this is starting to become quite the list and finally. I bought drove it about a month switched a few things, got my free oil change then parked it to...go on a lengthy working vacation, but it's how I'm paying for the truck so
I do have one quick question, not trying to beat a dead horse but the hurst shifter I ordered came with a silver base...at least from the phone call description I got from my dad. Is that the "new" leak/wick resistant version?
