Hello all, i am located on west coast of Florida in Sarasota. Have a 99 black Ranger 3.0 extended cab 2 dr with 5 speed manual. She is bone stock with 160K miles. I just acquired her to perform some light truck duties that I need from time to time. Runs like a champ and gas mileage is very good with the manual tranny. She needs a front end alignment, some cosmetics and a bed liner. For mods, not much - maybe some nerf bars for my wife who is short. Larger wheels and tires when these go. Bed rails and upgrade sound system.


Note: I was driving across the Skyway bridge last night en route to Tampa airport and I heard a loud cracking sound. The wind was blowing really hard and I had no idea what happened so I just kept going. When I got to the airport, I walked around the truck and found that the plastic bed was GONE!! Hope it went over and into the water and did not wreak havoc on someone behind me. Just in case I checked the highway patrol for accidents and none occurred. Secure the bed liner!!!

Welcome to R-F, I'm in Arcadia, just east of you. There is another member right there even more local to you. He also lost his plastic bed liner driving over the skyway a couple months ago.
