newbie to the site

Hi im a ranger owner that is new to this site. i was acctually shown to this site by a friend. I have a 2003 Ford Ranger XL 3.0l, with only one small mod. So far all i have done to my truck is the air silencer mod. If you have any other mods easy or hard please post it.

Welcome man, alot of new ohio members here lately! got any pics?? if you have foglights you can do the foglight mod, its fairly simple......

I do not have the fog lights yet but am working on getting the time to pick some up. it looks like there are some factory wires already in place for them. I just need to cut the holes out of the bumper.

got any pictures of that mod? is your truck a 4x4? reg cab? 3 door? 4 door? got anymore info or any pictures of your truck?

Its a two door, Reg Cab, Short-bed, 4x2, Oxford White 2003 3.0l. Would have pics but need a camera which im working on getting this month.

Actually, to all who do happen to run across this thread, i know that this comes up allot on this website but I would like to know what kind of gas mileage you are getting to try to compare and see where i need to improve.

hi to all
bad news for my ranger. My rearend just recently went out. It has the 3.73 with 9 inch breaks. Sucks!!!!!!!!!
Im stuck driveing a stupid friggin blazer.

Put 4.10 gears in. Find an axle with 10" brakes, even better. You WANT limited slip, too.

You won't regret it.

i acctually did some measuremnts and they are 10 inch, but i dont know whether i want a 4.10 because of the decrease in gas mileage that may occur. How does yours do?(on mileage)
