Been a long time lurker, most of my time is spent over at TRS (I hope thats not a taboo acronym lol?)
Here's my build thread over there:
http://www.therangerstation.com/foru...ad.php?t=75235
Currently truck looks like this:

Just finished a Superlift SuperRunner steering setup, with custom tie-rods. I have chevy 1-ton TRE's and DRE's on either end. Tie-rods themselves are 1.25 OD 0.219 Wall DOM, threaded for the chevy ends. WFO in Auburn CA made them (awesome people, competitive prices, and very knowledgeable staff). Reamed the stock knuckles for the chevy taper.

About me:
20 years old, currently a Mechanical Engineering major/student a California State University of Sacramento. In my 2nd year.
I live 30 miles from Sacto, and commute my truck to school and work everyday, sometimes logging over 400 miles per week. The area I live in is rural, and I'm a redneck at heart, with perfectionist tendencies.
I've done all my own work on my pickup, and would have it no other way. I can weld, cut and bend steel. I wish I had more tools, then I could really get some **** done.
Some upcoming mods to my truck (keep a look out for):
Yakmia basket/tire carrier mount /highlift mount
King/ Fox/ Bilstein/ RadFlo/ Hydraulic Bumpstops (only thing keeping me from hauling ***)
Late model square mirrors
ViAir constant duty air compressor (for my onboard air)
Ford explorer 8.8 31-spline disc brake rear axle swap (with Powertrax No-Slip)
4.56 gears
More mods to Superlift Idler arm and Centerlink (adding beefiness)
Bedliner'ed Rocker panels and bed
Backrack
Rock lights
Back up lights
And maybe eventually, a Cummins 4BT Turbo-Diesel motor swap, along with the appropriate transmission and transfercase. Not to mention a SAS while I'm at it (HP D44, narrowed, locked, and with crossover 1-ton steering).

Thanks guys.
ranger4.0: yeah lots of people have said the same, but its one of my favorite things ive added. definitely love the function of it though...saved my butt one time when i rear ended someone....not to mention that it houses a winch that saves me regularly.
Beef08: where in roseville are you located? I work in Roseville.
