Possible New Owner

We are thinking of buying a Nice 2004 Ranger. Only 104,000 Mi. Step side, Extended Cab, Edge Trim Package. Any help with a resource for a bed shell? I am new to this model truck. We must have a topper for the bed, but seems hard to find. Please help! I may have to pass on this great deal if not available. I have to decide soon. Thank you for this Forum!!!!!!!!!!

It's a 3 litre you're looking at ?
2004 is the year with the failing valve seats _ according to this. (last paragraph on the link, post #3)
Ron pretty much knows what he's talking about.
Do a compression test if you can, should be at 160 to 165 PSI.
