Sacramento Newbie...
Sacramento Newbie...
hey there everyone...New guy from sacramento. Name's Crash. Just started looking for a Ranger perhaps 2000-2003, 4x4, 3 04 4 liter, fixer upper. Need a truck, just grew the family by one, the house needs work, all the typicals you could think of. Happy to be here, looking to learn a lot, get involved as much as possible and enjoy as well. Looking forward to a great experience here...
welcome, i take it you dont have a ranger yet? good luck with buying one if u dont...i personally love the 03's, had one.. no problems with it besides self inflicted wounds. alot of info here... should be able to find what ur lookin for..
welcome my nor cal neighbor. Weve had a couple of meet and greets so far this year sounds like we need to plan another one.
Craigslist is a great place to look for rangers.
Also, mazda b series trucks that are 94 or newer are basically rebadged rangers .... so search for b4000 if you cant find a 4 liter ranger you like ... thats how i wound up with the mazda i have.
Also when you do buy one, if it doesnt have a hitch and you happen to hit the wonderful row of junkyards you guys have out there in rancho, any hitch from a 93+ ranger will fit, and if its a draw tite or hidden hitch, chances are a hitch from any ranger should work as they are the same part number in a catalog i have ..... but if you find some for sale lemme know which yard has em cause im looking for one for mine too.
Edit ... noticed your last name and its a long shot, but you wouldnt happen to be related to a kyle hughes that attends Chico state would you?
