Sad Little Ranger

I am relieved to find a site such as this, as i am looking for some information... I recently rolled my 2004 ranger and now i am trying to restore it so my girl can go back to work and i don't have to drive her Mom-Mobile... I have ordered air bags and i am in the process of replacing the windshield, but if anyone knows the best way to go about getting the airbag modulator out of the vehicle or let me know if i must remove the headliner in order to pop out the roof, i would be eternally grateful... PLEASE! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS SACRED!!!

Some pictures would be helpful for us to know what to tell you.

About 2 years back I rebuilt a salvage 2004 ranger that hit a tree so I have some experience with the Airbags and front end. If you ordered a set of air bags you will also need the pre-tentioners in the seat. Those go when the air bags do. I just so happen to have an ad in the classifieds because I have an extra set of those. :) Anyway. if the bags deployed all you need to replace is the pre-tentioners and the air bags them selves. Make sure to do that with the battery unhooked and after letting the truck sit for a while.

Show us pics so we can help with the big stuff.

Air bag stuff is nasty to deal with usually. there isn't inspections here either, so the only guidelines i follow when i fix an airbag is the one the insurance company gives us.
