Saying hello from CT
Hello, Im new to the forum, my name is Kris....I love working on my truck and trying to figure out ways to make it better. However i dont really go off-roading with it, (its my full time vehicle) but i would love to make it my toy one day.
got lots of dreams for her but who knows if they will come true. in the mean time i would like to bring forth my experiences, answers and questions to the forum.
thank you

Hey man,
I'm in CT too. I'm on the shoreline though. Not that many places to offroad around here, but I've got my spots. Even if you never take it off the pavement, they are a great truck, and fun to work on as well!

i just found my first off road....found a puddle went deeper than i thought....the lift idea is becoming stronger hahah. new tires and shocks held there end. loved it. need more power tho definitely!! BTW...need an off road budddy. it was lonely and quiet just me and my truck ah
yes i have...i used to live in putnam, ct which is like right on the border between the two. i actually did find one yesterday in glastonbury and my friend says there is one in pplainfield, but he loves his truck too much to use it haha
new question...yours is a lil newer than mine, but was one of your adjuster screws out more than the other when you went to go adjust them...my passenger side bolt was much further out that the driver side.

Im not sure, but that might have something to do with Ford considering the weight of the driver+gas tank when tuning the suspension.
thats a good suggestion...i like and will go with it. i dont like to think about what the prev owner might have done. questions like why inside my gas lid is green, are questions best left unanswered haha
and just to ***** since we've both posted in the thread...my old truck (far left) and daves truck are in this pic lol

I'm goign to be picky on this one. 98-03 vermillion red 4 door with either 3.0 or 4.0 i don't care about the axle as long as it has 4.10s. Not going to be an easy hunt lol
